Tuition: Tuition is calculated for the entire class year which runs from the beginning of September until the recital in June and is based on 40 weeks. For your convenience, it may be paid in 10 monthly installments which are due by the first of each month. Payments made after the 10th of the month will have a $10.00 late fee added. Your tuition is not based on the number of individual lessons per month. All students must have September's tuition paid before they can start classes. There is a $20.00 registration fee per family each year. To avoid the registration fee pay September's tuition before August 10th. You may also avoid the registration fee if you pay for both September and June at the same time of registration.* Tuition will be added to your account every month until June regardless of the student's attendance record. If you choose to take an extended period of time off from classes the student may lose their place in class unless the monthly tuition payments are still made. If you choose to discontinue a class you must notify the studio, otherwise you are still responsible for the payments for the class. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Absences: Please notify the studio when your child will be absent from class. There are no discounts given for missed classes. Lesson fees are based on them material taught and it is your responsibility to make up the missed material. You may make up an absence in another class if you wish, just ask for a list of times at the front desk. You may also choose to make up classes when the studio is closed due to bad weather or holidays. Check with the front desk for a list of times. *There are no refunds given on classes not taken.
